My mandolin is a 1921 Gibson A-4 model. I bought it from the Folk Shop in 2001 with my tax refund. It was sort of beat-up before I got it, and I've certainly helped it along. Bobby Winteringham was the former owner, but I guess he sold it because he makes nicer mandolins now. This mandolin has a particularly sweet sound.
